While working this local Kansas City week long fashion event (held October 10th-14th) as a volunteer vendor, We  offered several samples of our KC Cajun Red Pepper Roasted Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo to the models and the dishes were received very well.

    After trying the pasta samples, the CEO of Kansas City Fashion Week (Phil Whilloughby) stated that he and the models enjoyed the food and that he wold be interested in us catering several of their monthly employee meetings. Three weeks later we were contacted by the KCFW events coordinator (Kattie Sellers) to cater an event for a 12 persons monthly meeting.
